Experience
Elizabeth has over twenty years of defense litigation trial experience, handling premises liability, construction defect, general civil litigation, landlord/tenant, real estate contract disputes, inhabitability claims, Wills/Trusts, and personal injury matters. She gained tremendous trial and negotiation experience working for national law firms in the San Francisco area representing manufacturers, suppliers, premise owners and contractors. She has handled hundreds of cases, specializing in resolution prior to trial. In 2014, Elizabeth opened her own firm because she wanted direct and more personal contact with her clients.
